All of the projects created at 14u, are 50% profit and 50% investor supported. All funding is gained through the sales of products or investments. Bonds sold by 14u offer a resounding 5% return on investment(s).

You are first in our plans.
If at any time you need a refund, for any reason, you will get 100% of your money back within 30 days of notice, without the 5% interest. We understand life's trials and tribulations. We appreciate all your support and look forward to working with you. Profit is not our only goal.

You always get paid first.
That means any Bonds you purchase will see the 5% return once they mature. Our staff, as volunteers, are busy producing projects and scrutinizing every single cent spent to ensure that you will see your (ROI), return on investment(s).

We are a paperless company.
89% of our work is conducted digitally. We send all information through electronic means. Traditional means are used in the production of products but we make every effort to reduce or minimize this. This ensures a strong future for our investors, staff and customers. We buy local to reduce costs and continue to use electronic mail over traditional mail for most of our business.

All this and more is part of You getting your 5%.

Bonds are sold only once a year in limited numbers to ensure a maximum return to you. Working hard to create great products, as well as protecting your money is what we take pride in.
